1

Cookies and similar browser storage

This policy covers cookies, local storage, session storage, and optional scripts that can remember information or connect browser activity to a service.

2

Essential

Essential browser storage is always on because it is needed for the choices and features you ask Say HELLO to perform. This includes the consent record itself, sign-in and security, saved-job continuity, user-created drafts, baskets and checkout details, and active session state.

3

Preferences

If you accept Preferences, Say HELLO can remember interface choices such as your selected employer workspace, sidebar layout, dismissed tips, and recent searches. These records use first-party local or session storage and are cleared or ignored when Preferences is off.

4

Analytics

If you accept Analytics, eligible product pages may load the SuperFeedback script so users can share product feedback. The script is not loaded before Analytics consent.

Current browser behavior

SuperFeedback is the only optional analytics or feedback script currently loaded by the app. After consent, it can store its own first-party browser state and send feedback or service requests to SuperFeedback. Turning Analytics off clears known SuperFeedback browser records and reloads the page to stop its runtime.

What is not installed

The app does not currently load a general marketing analytics tag, advertising pixel, or device fingerprinting script.

5

Partner measurement

If you accept Partner measurement before opening a Say HELLO partner link, the app records that tracked-link visit and stores a first-party source-session cookie for up to 30 days.

When accepted

The source session can connect the partner link to a later candidate sign-up or application so Say HELLO can report that journey.

When off

The partner link still opens its intended destination, but Say HELLO does not create a source session or source cookie. Rejecting this category also removes an existing source-session cookie.

6

Services involved

WorkOS AuthKit supports essential sign-in sessions. SuperFeedback is optional and loads only with Analytics consent. Partner tracked-link measurement is first-party and loads only with Partner measurement consent.

7

What we do not do

We do not use device fingerprinting, an advertising pixel, or cookies to sell candidate data. Server-side operational records created by actions you request are not used to bypass these browser choices.

8

Managing your choice

Use the first-visit prompt or Cookie preferences in the footer to accept all, reject optional categories, or save separate choices. Say HELLO stores one first-party browser record with this policy version and the time of your latest choice. When you are signed in, the app also appends that choice to your Convex account consent history from 6 August 2026 onward. Browser choices remain specific to that browser and do not automatically change another device. You can also remove browser records through your browser settings.
