Fair use and verified hiring
The rules for candidate accounts, verified employer access, uploaded content, and recruitment responsibilities on Say HELLO.
Last updated: May 2026
By using Say HELLO!, you agree to these terms and to the applicable policy version shown when you create an account, submit an application, accept an invite, or continue using the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You must also be legally able to use the platform and provide truthful information.
Candidates must provide accurate identity, contact, work, availability, location, nationality, and application information.
Some jobs may include lawful local, Saudi, nationality, visa, right-to-work, or role-specific requirements where approved wording exists.
Candidates are responsible for their account credentials, application choices, and uploaded content.
Your profile, CV, photo, video, work history, answers, and availability must represent you truthfully and be updated when important details change.
One profile, CV, and latest active video may support multiple applications unless you update, replace, withdraw, or delete them.
When you apply, Say HELLO may attach application-time profile, CV, video, answer, consent, and source metadata to that application.
Employer accounts require Say HELLO verification and scoped access. Employers must use candidate data only for legitimate recruitment through approved account permissions.
Employer access is private, sales-assisted, and staff-created. Public self-registration is not the V1 access path.
Employer users may have package, seat, advert, organization, property, job, and role limits. These limits control what each user can do.
Employers must treat candidate profiles, CVs, videos, answers, contact details, and handoff packets as confidential hiring data.
Candidates keep ownership of the content they upload, but grant Say HELLO the permission needed to operate applications, matching, review, support, safety, and employer handoff flows.
CVs, photos, and enhanced assets may be stored, checked, shown in application packets, replaced, or removed according to candidate choices and platform checks.
Candidate video is intended as one reusable profile video. It should be truthful, safe, and controlled by the candidate through preview, confirm, replace, or delete actions.
Users may not copy, redistribute, publish, sell, or misuse candidate CVs, videos, photos, answers, or contact data outside the permitted hiring process.
Say HELLO may use automated checks, AI-assisted organization, human review, and staff moderation to support applications and marketplace safety.
AI may organize, flag, rank, summarize, or help staff review. It does not become the public explanation for hiring decisions.
Application submission and employer review-ready visibility are separate. A candidate may be held while profile, CV, video, safety, or staff checks finish.
Candidates do not receive internal AI scores, employer notes, raw audit logs, reviewer identities, or internal moderation labels.
When an application becomes an eligible match, active hiring team members across that employer group may view the candidate's profile, CV, and contact details during the Talent Pool access window.
Matched access lasts while the job is live, for 30 days after it closes, or while the candidate remains shortlisted. Normal job review remains property scoped.
After shortlist, the employer may continue the hiring process directly using approved profile, contact, and application data.
Interviews, offers, visa steps, onboarding, employment terms, and final hiring outcomes happen outside Say HELLO in V1.
Users may not submit fraudulent information, impersonate others, scrape the platform, attack the service, harass users, discriminate unlawfully, post unsafe jobs, or misuse private hiring data.
Candidates may not submit fake identities, false work history, unsafe media, spam applications, or content that violates others' rights.
Employers may not post fake, unsafe, illegal, discriminatory, or misleading roles, or contact candidates for reasons outside legitimate hiring.
Say HELLO may review, restrict, suspend, or terminate access where there is fraud, safety risk, legal risk, account misuse, payment/package misuse, or a serious policy issue.
Reports from candidates, employers, staff, or automated checks may create internal cases and temporary holds.
Public-facing notices may use neutral language while staff review sensitive evidence and audit history internally.
Some employer access, advert credits, package limits, trials, and candidate enhancement services may involve payments or commercial terms.
Employer UI may show operational limits such as seats, users, advert credits, active jobs, trial state, and account limits.
Optional CV or photo enhancement services may have their own payment, retry, support, and refund rules when launched.
Invoices, discounts, processor fees, internal finance notes, and payment exceptions can remain outside normal employer-facing UI.
Privacy rights, data export, account deletion, anonymization, and retention are governed by the Privacy Policy and the operational privacy workflows.
A confirmed deletion request should remove the candidate from active employer review, then delete or anonymize personal data according to policy.
Allowed anonymized history and audit metadata may remain for integrity, compliance, support, and legal defense.
Say HELLO facilitates connections between candidates and employers. We are not responsible for hiring decisions, employment terms, external interviews, offers, visa processes, onboarding, or employment outcomes.
