Is Say HELLO! free for candidates?+
Yes. Browsing roles, creating a profile, recording your video, and applying to jobs is completely free.
Do I need to sign up before I can browse roles?+
No. You can browse open roles without an account. You only create an account when you're ready to apply.
Do I need to record a video to apply?+
A video is strongly encouraged because it helps employers see your personality and communication skills. But it's your choice — you control whether and when to add one.
How long should my video be?+
We ask for around 30 seconds. The platform allows up to 60 seconds, but shorter videos tend to perform better with employers.
Can I re-record my video?+
Absolutely. You can re-record as many times as you like before submitting.
Can I apply to multiple jobs?+
Yes. Once you've created your profile, you can apply to any open role with one tap. Your profile and video are reusable across all applications.
What happens after I apply?+
You can track the status of every application — applied, viewed, considered, or declined. You'll also see engagement with your profile.
What kind of roles are available?+
Hospitality roles across the GCC — F&B, front office, housekeeping, spa, leadership, and more. We're launching with roles in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Doha, and Kuwait City.
