What does pre-screened mean?+
Candidates who apply to your roles are matched against your requirements. You review profiles that are relevant, not a raw pile of CVs.
Can I download candidate CVs?+
Yes. When an application becomes an eligible match, active hiring team members across your employer group can view the candidate's CV and contact details during the Talent Pool access window.
Can my team review candidates too?+
Yes. You can invite hiring managers and team leads with scoped access so everyone sees what they need.
Is there a minimum contract?+
