Bell Attendant

Strategic Staffing is seeking a Bell Attendant on behalf of a client, a five-star luxury hotel resort in Downtown Dubai. This guest-facing role is suited to an experienced hospitality professional who can deliver polished, attentive service from arrival through departure. You will be an important first point of contact for guests, helping to create a welcoming and seamless resort experience while representing the high standards expected in a luxury hotel.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally, assisting with arrivals, departures, and general enquiries.
• Complete check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Provide clear information about the resort, its facilities, services, and relevant guest requests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, guest services, reservations, and other hotel departments to support smooth operations.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest concerns, taking appropriate action or escalating matters when needed.
• Maintain accurate guest records and follow established hotel procedures for front desk operations.
• Support a consistently high standard of service throughout the guest journey.

What We’re Looking For

• At least two years of experience in a closely related hotel role.
• Previous five-star hotel experience is an advantage.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Availability to start immediately.
