About the role

Strategic Staffing is recruiting on behalf of a client, a five-star luxury hotel on Palm Jumeirah, for an experienced Headwaiter to support the smooth operation of its all-day dining restaurant. In this guest-facing leadership role, you will help guide the waiting team, uphold polished service standards and ensure every guest receives attentive, efficient hospitality throughout their dining experience.

What you'll do

• Lead and support the waiting team during daily restaurant service.

• Welcome guests, assist with seating and create a warm, professional first impression.

• Coordinate table service, monitor guest needs and help maintain a smooth flow throughout the restaurant.

• Brief team members on service priorities and promote clear communication during busy periods.

• Work closely with the restaurant and kitchen teams to coordinate orders, timing and guest requirements.

• Respond to guest requests professionally and help resolve service concerns promptly.

• Monitor presentation, cleanliness and service standards across the dining area.

• Support colleagues with menu knowledge, service guidance and day-to-day coaching.

• Help ensure restaurant procedures are followed consistently within this luxury hospitality environment.

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Headwaiter or senior waiter role.

• A polished, guest-focused approach and confidence supporting a busy restaurant team.

• Strong communication, organisation and service leadership skills.

• Fluency in English; Russian language skills are an advantage.

The position offers a basic salary of 3,000 AED, plus tips and service charges. Transportation is provided, and a flight ticket to Dubai is included for the successful candidate.
